20份福建野生中华猕猴桃果实品质分析与综合评价

        Fruit quality analysis and comprehensive evaluation of 20 wild Actinidia chinensis germplasm accessions from Fujian Province

          目的 评价福建野生中华猕猴桃果实外观、内在及营养品质,建立果实品质综合评价体系,为野生中华猕猴桃资源的开发利用提供理论依据。
          方法 以20份福建野生中华猕猴桃果实为试材,开展果实形状、单果质量、果形指数、可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量、维生素C含量、总酚含量等17项果实品质指标测定,并通过相关性分析和主成分分析进行综合评价分析。
          结果 20份种质果实的外观品质、内在品质及营养品质的多样性指数范围分别为0.69~1.64、1.50~1.67、1.09~1.62,其中内在品质的多样性最为丰富。果实形状以短圆形和圆柱形为主,果肩形状以方为主,果喙形状以微尖凸为主。在外观性状中,单果质量的变异系数最大(31.65%),果横径的变异系数最小(12.79%);在内在品质中,糖酸比的变异系数最大(30.27%),可溶性固形物含量的变异系数最小(13.05%);在营养品质中,维生素C含量的变异系数最大(50.41%),蛋白质含量的变异系数最小(25.64%)。基于相关性分析和主成分分析,提取到特征值大于1的3个主成分,其累计贡献率达76.616%,并据此建立果实品质综合评分公式Y=0.555Y1+0.280Y2+0.165Y3
          结论 通过综合评价分析,筛选出FZ15、FZ20、FZ19、FZ3和FZ34为排名前5的优良中华猕猴桃种质,这些种质在果实外观、内在品质或营养品质方面表现突出。

           

          Abstract:
          Objective This study aimed to evaluate the external, internal, and nutritional quality of wild Actinidia chinensis fruits in Fujian Province and to establish a comprehensive evaluation system for fruit quality, thereby providing a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of wild A. chinensis resources.
          Method Seventeen fruit quality indicators, including fruit shape, single fruit weight, fruit shape index, soluble solids content, titratable acidity, vitamin C content, and total phenolic content, were measured in 20 germplasm accessions of wild A. chinensis fruits from Fujian. A comprehensive evaluation was then conducted using correlation analysis and principal component analysis.
          Result The diversity indices for external appearance, internal quality, and nutritional quality among the 20 germplasm accessions ranged from 0.69 to 1.64, 1.50 to 1.67, and 1.09 to 1.62, respectively, with internal quality exhibiting the highest diversity. The predominant fruit shapes were short-round and cylindrical, the predominant shoulder shape was square, and the predominant beak shape was slightly pointed and convex. Among external traits, single fruit weight showed the largest coefficient of variation (31.65%), while fruit transverse diameter showed the smallest (12.79%). For internal quality, the sugar-to-acid ratio had the largest coefficient of variation (30.27%), whereas soluble solids content had the smallest (13.05%). Regarding nutritional quality, vitamin C content exhibited the largest coefficient of variation (50.41%), while protein content had the smallest (25.64%). Based on correlation and principal component analyses, three principal components with eigenvalues greater than 1 were extracted, accounting for a cumulative variance of 76.616%. A comprehensive fruit quality scoring formula was subsequently established: Y = 0.555Y1+ 0.280Y2+0.165Y3.
          Conclusion Through comprehensive evaluation, five accessions—FZ15, FZ20, FZ19, FZ3, and FZ34—were identified as the top-performing A. chinensis germplasms, exhibiting outstanding fruit appearance, internal quality, or nutritional quality.
